The organising committee highly recommends uploading papers (formatted by "IEEE template ISO A4") through “EasyChair” service till April 19, 2024! Please, keep in mind that the reviewable versions of papers (drafts) are at least 4 full pages. Authorship: Changes to author list are NOT allowed (add, remove), except swapping (first author cannot be swapped). In order to log in EasyChair page for the RTUCON2024 conference, authors have to use the following link: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rtucon2024

Those authors who already have an EasyChair account can use it for logging in the RTU conference. Other authors must create a new one. To do that, click on sign up for an account and enter your personal information. After the registration authors can log in EasyChair and get full information about the Conference upload system and upload full papers for revision.
